Sales and Refund Policy: To make a purchase click on the graphic (photo) of the product/service and pay. If you are booking me to speak, you will receive an invoice to pay. You are to pay in full the day you receive your invoice and before services are rendered. If we agreed upon a deposit, then that is due the day the invoice is sent. The balance is to be paid the day I speak via agreed upon method (either direct deposit or check). No Exceptions! No refunds for digital ebooks, mp4s, strategy sessions, courses, trainings, journals, challenges, consultations, content created, event management, influencer management or anything else purchased (digital, service or my time to create for you) past or present for any reason. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, then I will offer you 2 options to correct the situation. Once something is purchased whether you use it or not, will be your financial responsibility. However, I want you to be able to take what you purchased and get results. So UTILIZE what you purchased. By making a purchase you confirm you have read the refund policy and agree to it.
GDPR: To comply with GDPR that went into effect on May 25, 2018, VernettaRFreeney.com will share how we use your personal data. There is no personal data collected from my company personally. I do not receive anything besides your name, email and the answers to questions I ask. This blog may also collect cookies since WordPress uses them. I will not add your name otherwise I specifically ask for it. Since I do not store your personal data, I don’t have it to share with you. Again, you will have to contact WordPress. If there is a data breech I will let you know as soon as I am notified so you may decide whether to continue using that platform or not. I do not collect nor sell readers personal data to any third party company or site. The GDPR pertains to people who live, work or do business with people in the European Union.
