S2E2 The Mind of a Hustler

Episode 2 kicked off asking, “What is a hustler?” with my cousin and first male guest co-host, AD Smoove. He’s an actor, producer, singer, radio host, husband, father.

We finally have a male perspective in the krazy entrepreneur journey who also happens to be married to an entrepreneur. So this will help us understand how to balance relationship and entrepreneurship.

We talked about my trip to Haiti and my journal you can purchase.

Now let’s dive into this week’s episode.

s2e2 question

The male vs female entrepreneur perspective

Time management is important. The way to plan your week starts on Sundays. You have to be prepared by syncing schedules so you know what is already on the books.

My tip is to take a nap so you can have a second wind to work through the night.

To keep peace in the home about your hectic schedule do the following:

  • Communicate regularly
  • Encourage one another
  • Ask questions about your significant other’s passions and hobbies
  • Have the money conversation (be open and honest about it)

Sometimes you have to sacrifice now for later.

Single vs Married Entrepreneurs Finances {also reference Season 1 Episode 7}

Parenting as an entrepreneur especially when it comes to paying for the business while giving your kids what they need/want.

How we celebrate our wins affordable.

Final Toast- Have the conversation with your significant other about the reality of you entering entrepreneurship.

For men- think about the woman’s point of view and how she feels for business decisions.
