Advocating for Black Mental Health

It was a combination of therapists and advocates in addition to others who suffer from a mental illness sharing what they know, been through and ways to help others. As someone who advocates for black mental health, I truly not only enjoyed the chat but learned as well. You’re not alone. There are people out there willing and ready to help you. All you have to do is look in the right (NON-JUDGEMENTAL) places and someone will help you get through your dark period.
