The Truth Confidant journaling focus is going from a stressful situation to a peaceful solution.

Stressful situation = a situation that has been on-going and brings you stress, anxiety, frustration, depressed moments and/or negative thoughts.

Peaceful solution = a solution that you can live with to wrap up the situation you are going through. Making that situation obsolete.

Method = journaling to break down the stressors surrounding your stressful situation and remove negative thoughts associated with the particular situation.
